SESSION XXIV SUMMARY
50513 – 51813
Starting Weight: 191  Ending Weight: 192

This is something new I’m playing with for the next evolution of Bajai Boot Camp. I still plan to keep the daily journal and update it fortnightly, however I will add a summary with vital stats, observations, concerns and victories. It’s a great way for me to look back on what I did and when, just in case I need to. If you’ve been following my progress, it will give you an easier peek. I generally copy my journal entry right from notes scribbled on my pad; this will hopefully be more concise.

I’m always concerned when I gain weight and it looks like I’ve gained four pounds in the last week. Although I stated this session at 191, I dropped to 188, stayed steady for a while and then climbed to 190, stayed steady and on the last day hit 192. The optimist in me thinks it’s muscle and mostly from the waist down, especially since I’ve been working the hell out of my legs.

On the squat bar I’ve gone from 225 to 250 in about a month, with a brief stop at 235 [which proved to be too easy] and I’ve also increased the weight on the cable machines. After the Friday Lift Therapy Session I felt as if the joints in my legs had been repaired – no knee or ankle pain. It was temporary, it’s going to take a while for these to heal completely and stay healed, if that ever happens.

I got my hair cut after four years, so now I’m thinking of getting back in the pool and swimming laps. I’ve also started experimenting with doing exercising while balancing my body; it’s tricky, but I am interested in what benefits some of these “exotic” exercises will have on my body and perspective on fitness, exercise and life.
Tucson, Arizona. Last of the hair shots.

This is the strangest weight pattern I've seen in a long
time. I was down, then steady, the shot up. Not mad about
the weight, as long as it's muscle and not fat. Diet & the
mirror suggest muscle gain, as do this sessions heavy
workouts.
